Stylistically, I am a present, caring and thoughtful therapist that help my clients by using effective evidenced-based tools and practices. I am experienced in treating the family of anxiety disorders (Panic Attacks, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, phobias, etc), depression, boundary-making, social skill building through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic strategies.
With couples I am experienced in helping with a variety of communication and conflict struggles inside the relationship. I also have experiences helping couples heal from infidelity, establish healthier communication patterns, identify connection barriers and use strategies to re-build trust and connection in the relationship.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated with honors (4.0) from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University. I provide therapy to individuals, adolescents, couples, families and groups.
